The lessons

  1. 01

    Clocking off in your head

The computer is off and your mind keeps working. We close the working day on the inside as well.

    Leaving loose ends where they're

One unfinished task gets a clear way back in tomorrow.

    Everyday practice · 7 min
  3. 03

    Your shoulders come home too

We deliberately release muscle effort the evening no longer needs.

    Body practice · 6 min
  4. 04

    The way home

We build a deliberate transition instead of a hard cut.

    Everyday practice · 6 min
  5. 05

    Not a second working day

We separate real evening obligations from work you've simply carried on.

    Everyday practice · 6 min

    Something was good today

We look for one thing that was all right today. One is enough.

    Reflection · 6 min
  7. 07

Your phone can be somewhere else

We practise distance from the device, without moralising.

    Everyday practice · 6 min
  8. 08

    Slowing down is allowed

Take the pace down without having to get tired.

    Everyday practice · 6 min
  9. 09

The day is allowed to end

We close the arc and leave the day where it belongs.

    Everyday practice · 8 min

The length is calculated, not estimated: it follows from the spoken text and the pauses inside it. What it says here is how long it takes.

How the course works

The lessons build on each other — lesson two knows what happened in lesson one and picks it up. You listen and follow; between the sentences there is silence, where nothing has to happen. You choose the voice and the background sound yourself, and if you play a lesson a second time you get a different welcome than the first time.

The first lesson is free, with no time limit. Everything else is part of Gentle Plus at $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, cancellable any time.
